It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and I couldn’t agree more. I love breakfast dishes of all kinds but I particularly love bagels. Good Times Bagels is a newer bagel shop in Boise that quickly captured my attention and is one you need to check out as well. Not only is the variety at this shop quite extensive but the way the bagels are prepared is a bit unique — see for yourself.
Good Times Bagels is located at 2422 W Main Street in Boise. This bagel shop is open Wednesday through Saturday and serves breakfast and lunch.
As you walk inside, you’ll be greeted with a casual, yet inviting environment. It’s the kind of place where you can sit and relax — no need to stress about your day’s to-do list.
The menu is packed with a variety of bagel sandwich options from egg to veggie bagel sandwiches.
You can also create your own bagel sandwich, choosing from an assortment of bagels, spreads, veggies, meats, and more.
Most of the ingredients are sourced from local farmers and producers in the area, so you always have a fresh and flavorful meal.
And while the menu is impressive, the bagels are the real star of the shop. The bagels are actually hand-rolled, boiled in honey water, and then baked in a wood-fired oven. It’s a unique process with a delicious outcome.
Of course, you can pair your bagel with a delicious drink like a cappuccino, hot tea, hot chocolate, limeade, and more.
While I strongly recommend you try a bagel, there are other options at this eating establishment as well including salads, cookies, chia seed pudding, etc. You can also purchase the bagels or the spreads in large quantities.
Visit the Good Times Bagels website for additional information such as hours, times, and current menu items.
