Delaware’s Incredible Milkshake Bar Is What Dreams Are Made Of

For years, Delaware was lacking a truly unforgettable milkshake spot. Sure, all of our ice cream stands serve up the standard chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and black and white. But when the Charcoal Pit, Cheeburger Cheeburger, and Jake's Wayback turn up in a search for "best milkshakes in Delaware," maybe we're lacking a little creativity. Luckily for us Delawareans, the Mug & Spoon in Rehoboth Beach has opened - and you won't believe what they're serving up.

The Mug & Spoon's founders are dedicated to creating the ultimate experience for their guests.

Their wild milkshakes are out of this world! The S'mores coffee milkshake is served up with a roasted marshmallow that's toasted right in front of your eyes.

This incredible red white and blue concoction is served with a slice of New York Cheesecake in a handmade waffle cone - does that make it a cheeseshake?!

Of course, the ice cream sandwich shake is my favorite. Like any Delawarean, once real ice cream is involved, I'm in!

And sometimes you can't decide what sort of dessert you want - which is when you'll want to order this Cake by the Sea milkshake. Not only do they make killer milkshakes, but the cakes involved are mouthwatering, too.

If you're looking to warm up rather than chill out, you'll be happy to know that Mug and Spoon is one of the best coffee shops in Delaware. They serve up beans from Brandywine Coffee Roasters, which (as any coffee fan knows) roasts seasonally by harvest and creates the freshest coffee in the state.
