A New 6,000-Square-Foot Bookstore And Bar Just Opened Here In Colorado And We Are Losing Our Minds

It's here, it's here, it's finally here! Since 1971, the Tattered Cover has been Colorado's go-to for books, so when the beloved chain opens a new location, it is a really big deal that deserves to be celebrated! Even better? Their newest location spans 6,000 more than square feet and includes a bar:

Tucked away in Westminster is the Tattered Cover's newest store, which spans a whopping 6,494-square-feet and offers everything you know and love about the local bookstore with a few added surprises.

Like all Tattered Covers, the new Westminster location is a bibliophile's paradise, as the shop features 14,500 titles and 27,000 books, all displayed along tall wooden bookshelves.

Unlike all Tattered Covers, however, is that the new location features Best Cellars, a bar and cafe serving coffee, craft brews from the Fiction Beer Company, Attimo Wine, cocktails, and food pairings.

When temperatures are warm, guests may enjoy their food, drink, and book(s) outside on the beautiful patio!

In addition to all of the above, the Tattered Cover will host storytime every Wednesday at 11 a.m. and Sunday at 12 p.m., happy hour every Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., book readings and signings, and other special events.
