What sets Taylor's Steakhouse apart from anywhere else is their dry-age process.

Only the highest standards are used when choosing the best cuts for the process. Steaks need to be well-marbled to properly withstand the lengthy process.

Part of the charm is being able to witness the time-honored process in person.

Dry-aging can take up to 120 days. During this process the meat's enzymes breakdown which increases the tenderness. The moisture lost during the process concentrates the flavor and significantly improves the meat's ability to hold onto moisture while it's being broiled.

After this process, you're left with an unbelievably flavorful and juicy steak.

This is one steakhouse where you won't be finding steak sauce on the table, there's simply no need.

Taylor's offers a variety of cuts and sizes, including a Porterhouse steak for two.

You'll have a hard time choosing among the mouthwatering prime strip, T-bone, ribeye, and filet cuts. Luckily, you're a winner no matter which one you pick.

It'll be hard to pry your taste buds away from the incredibly delicious steaks but Taylor's does offer other dishes as well.

It's nearly out of the question to order anything but steak during your first visit but feel free to venture further down the menu the next time you're in town. You can't go wrong with any of their shrimp entrees and the blackened duck breast is simply exquisite.
