Sonson's giant pastry challenge requires participants to completely finish a five-pound Cornish pastry in under an hour. The pastry is filled with beef, potatoes, and onions. Every bite must be inside the challenger at the end of 60 minutes to be able to declare victory.

This challenge is extremely difficult. The meat and potatoes are very filling, as is the pastry that surrounds them. Winners of the challenge receive the $50 pasty for free, get their picture on the Wall of Fame, and get a Sonson's Pasty Company mug to help them remember this day for years to come.

This challenge is huge (literally!) and, as of this writing, many people have tried to defeat it, but only five have succeeded.
