The Grand Canyon State is filled with a wide range of destinations. One such destination that you may not have heard of (yet) is a vineyard in Willcox. However, it's more than a vineyard...so much more! While there are grapevines and wine to taste, there are also lavender fields, olive trees, a cafe, and accommodations. Welcome to Rhumb Line Vineyard, a destination vineyard in Arizona.
When you visit Rhumb Line Vineyard, you'll probably feel a sense of peace wash over you the moment you arrive. With fields of lavender, olive trees, and grapevines, this is such a beautiful and wonderful destination to spend an afternoon.
Rhumb Line Vineyard is located at 6210 S Rhumb Line Way in Willcox and is open Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The vineyard is on 60 acres in the foothills of the Dos Cabezas Mountains, and Spanish, Italian, and Rhone varietals grow here. The grapes grown here are used for wines made all around Arizona.
The farm also grows lavender and olives and sells a variety of products in its cafe store.
Grab a bite to eat as well as something to drink at the one-site Olives Vineyard Café. The farm-to-table cuisine is made with fresh, local ingredients. You'll find pizza, focaccia, soups, and more on the menu.
You may want to pair your delicious lunch with a glass of wine made with grapes grown right here at Rhumb Line. You can taste the difference in a local wine.
Available on the farm are suites and quonset huts for those who want to extend their time here. Just imagine waking to views of the fields and the mountains in the distance...doesn't that sound relaxing?
The rooms are well-appointed and spacious, and there's a common courtyard where you can socialize with fellow guests if you choose. Either way, you'll love your visit and your stay at Rhumb Line Vineyard.
