These steakhouses are so good you’ll want to call them home. So with no further ado, we offer our salute to steak, with ten of the best places to find one in Florida:
During these uncertain times, please keep safety in mind and consider adding destinations to your bucket list to visit at a later date.
1. Bern's Steak House, Tampa
Bern's is probably the most famous steakhouse in Florida. With a strong emphasis on tradition, Bern's has kept its classic decor and focus on perfectly aged steaks for nearly 60 years. Bern's also has a cellar with nearly half a million bottles of wine, the largest private collection in the world. Guests can even tour the cellar and kitchen after dinner.
2. Tropical Acres Steakhouse, Fort Lauderdale
This nostalgic spot in Dania Beach is South Florida's oldest steakhouse. Its retro look recalls its 1949 opening, and the good prices and excellent service keep guests coming back for years.
3. Saltwater Grill, Panama City Beach
One of Panama City Beach's hottest restaurants, the Saltwater Grill lives up to its name with an impressive 25,000-gallon saltwater aquarium serving as a romantic backdrop for an unforgettable evening. As you probably guessed, they serve top-notch seafood dishes, but their steaks are equally incredible and can't be overshadowed.

5. Chima Brazilian Steakhouse, Fort Lauderdale
You'll have to head to Fort Lauderdale for this high-end steakhouse's only Florida location. Diners love the never-ending sampling of high-quality meats delivered to the table, not mention the stunning atmosphere.
6. Triple J Steakhouse, Panama City Beach
Another Panama City Beach favorite, Triple J's also serves seafood along with steak, but offers a more laid-back, Southern vibe. Diners rave about the service as much as the excellent food.
7. Raintree Restaurant, St. Augustine
This remodeled Victorian home specializing in steak and seafood is one of the most popular restaurants in St. Augustine. It's the perfect atmosphere for a perfect meal.
8. Abe & Louie's, Boca Raton
This Boca Raton outpost of a Boston establishment dishes out excellent food with even better service. It carries a hefty price tag, but it's so good that no one is complaining.
9. Espeto Brazilian Steakhouse, Jacksonville Beach
This all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse in Jacksonville Beach offers chicken, pork, sausage and several kinds of beef, sliced tableside by your very own gaucho. When you're looking for something different for a special night out, give Espeto a try.
10. Manny's Original Chophouse, Multiple Locations
This Florida chain has locations in Lakeland, Haines City, Lake Wales, and Winter Haven, with one on the way in Kissimmee. This isn't a stuffy birthdays and anniversaries only type steakhouse. It's a steakhouse for the whole family. Manny's has bright, eclectic decor and excellent prices, but with no corners cut on food or service. Give it a try the next time you're really hungry!
