PlayCity in Cheyenne, Wyoming is an amazing place for kids to have fun and burn a little energy. Kids who grow up in Wyoming are lucky - there is so much to do outside of the house that they rarely have time to get addicted to video games and screens. But when Wyoming's winter starts up, it can be hard to find the motivation to get out and explore nature in the freezing cold. This indoor playground is perfect for those days when it's hard to get outside but you want to keep your little ones active.

Cheyenne parents have an amazing way to keep the kids out of their hair when the weather turns sour - the best indoor playground in Wyoming is on Carlson Street in the heart of the city.

The giant indoor playground is called PlayCity, and it's free for Wyoming kids to enjoy.

PlayCity is run mostly by volunteers. According to its website, the mission of PlayCity is to: "provide a safe, climate-controlled indoor play environment for children and their families that is open year-round. Whether it’s cold and windy or hot and dry, this indoor playground provides a place for kids to stay active and engaged all year long."

There are play areas for older kids as well as toddlers here, and kids of all ages will have a blast at this comfy and exciting indoor playground.

PlayCity in Cheyenne, Wyoming, asks parents to help their children follow ten important rules for safe and fun play, the most essential being: Play Nice (PlayCity is for making friends)! You can bring along some snacks or a small lunch as long as they are eaten in the table area.

PlayCity was built by Element Church, and you'll find it at 600 E Carlson St #301, Cheyenne, WY 82009. It is open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Now, kids have a place to run around and make new friends when it's way too cold to be bundled up outside!
