Design Your Own Custom Mini-Golf Course And Play A Private Match At 9 Below In Wisconsin

Nine Below in Milwaukee offers a unique mini-golf experience where players design and build their own courses.

Take your next game of mini-golf to a whole new level with a visit to Nine Below, a basement-based Maker’s Golf tavern. What is Maker’s Golf? you ask. Only the most amazing thing ever! To be a bit more specific, it’s a new concept that allows players to design and build their own mini-golf courses. Read on to learn all about this must-visit.

Maker’s Golf was invented in a garage in Milwaukee, and now, you can play it in a basement in Milwaukee, which is where you’ll find Nine Below.

Truly one-of-a-kind, it’s "the world’s first Maker’s Golf tavern."

Putting a wild twist on an old classic, Maker’s Golf is a completely new way of playing putt-putt…

…and that’s because you, the player, get to design and build your own mini-golf experience!

During a typical visit to Nine Below, you’d design and build one hole of the 9-hole course. The other holes would be designed and built by eight other teams.

However, Nine Below is currently open for private sessions only (to allow for social distancing), which means you and your friends get to design and build the entire 9-hole course!

So, what exactly does building a mini-golf course entail? Well, you’ll set up course railings and add any quirky obstacles you choose.

And though the course is constantly changing, there are a couple of things you can count on: a good time and a stocked bar.
