Experience The Old West On Horseback At Canyon Creek Riding Stables In Wisconsin

Canyon Creek Riding Stables offers an Old West-themed horseback riding experience in the Midwest, complete with a western town and petting zoo.

Did you know you can get a taste of the Old West right here in the Midwest? It’s true! All it takes is a visit to Canyon Creek Riding Stables. The perfect place for a memorable family adventure, Canyon Creek Riding Stables is home to an Old West-themed riding trail that’s dotted with lovely scenery and plenty of nods to the Wild West, of course. Take a look:

When you want to experience the Wild West, mosey on over to Canyon Creek Riding Stables in the Dells.

Far from your typical riding stable, Canyon Creek is home to its very own western town, Tombstone, which can (fittingly) be reached by horseback.

Canyon Creek’s interactive western experience includes a 1-hour guided trail ride to Tombstone.

The horseback adventure starts off like any other - with plenty of natural beauty.

However, as you make your way further along the trail, you’ll start to see some signs that you’re approaching Wild West territory.

When you arrive at Tombstone, the sheriff will welcome you and give you a brief history of the town.

The fun doesn’t end with Tombstone, though.

The trail continues through Lost Canyon and past a lovely waterfall.

After your ride, make sure to stop by Canyon Creek's FREE petting zoo!
