The Merck Forest & Farmland Center is a magical farm that's located in a 3,100-acre forest that's filled with hiking trails, cabins and some of the most stunning views you'll find in the Green Mountain State. There are over 30 miles of hiking trails here. From easy one mile treks to overnight camping destinations, there is something for everyone.

The farm has many offerings, and it's a wonderful opportunity to pick up some farm-raised meats including sausage, bacon, grass-fed beef, lamb, pork ribs and more.

There is also U-Pick raspberries, blackberries, black raspberries & blueberries.

It's one of the most scenic spots to pick your own berries this summer.

You can also stock up on some organic maple syrup made right there on the farm at their sugaring operation.

On August 5th, Bob Amos & the Catamount Crossing will be playing outside across from the Sap house and admission is free! So, tell all of your friends and family and head there to enjoy a fun filled evening. Be sure to bring a lawn chair or blanket and feel free to bring a picnic dinner as well.
