Texas’ First Indoor “Waterless Water Park” Offers Tons Of Fun For All Ages

A water park without the water? It's actually more fun than it sounds, and you can experience it firsthand at Slick City Action Park in Katy. This indoor entertainment venue in Texas features nearly a dozen thrilling slides that closely resemble those you would find at a traditional waterpark, plus other attractions.

Recently opened in fall 2023, Slick City Action Park is an indoor entertainment center with over a dozen exciting attractions for the whole family.

Most of the attractions are open to anyone ages four and up; there's a special area where younger kids can play.

Over half of the attractions are thrilling speed slides, many of which resemble slides at a waterpark.

From side-by-side racer slides that you plunge down on your belly to the "Royal Flush," (known as the "Toilet Bowl" at most water parks), all that's missing here is the water!

Other attractions include go-karts (ages 6-12 only), a trapeze and swings, a zipline, and so much more.

There are also four trampoline courts designed for a variety of sports.

Just wait until you see how much extra air time you can get by jumping on a bouncy surface. Slam dunk, incoming!

Kids under the age of four haven't been forgotten about. Junior Jungle is their very own play area featuring multiple stories of slides, tunnels, and other fun activities designed just for them.

Slick City also hosts birthday parties and other group events, with a variety of party packages available.
