When I open a wrapper, I rarely think of the work that goes into producing this sugary delight, but this Airbnb has given me second thoughts. Seeing the process makes me more appreciative of the things I can easily take for granted.

Aside from the nods to cocoa, the space is simplistic and yet beautifully designed. The accent walls and little touches make this a fantastic place to stay and enjoy a little city life. Bring along your family or friends, as this stay can accommodate up to four guests. 

Perhaps the best part of this stay resides in the story of where it came from. The owner of this rental also runs the chocolate shop, only steps away from Cocoa Casa. Poppy & Peep is a father-daughter business that is just as sweet as the candy they make. The daughter has always had a sweet tooth and was fascinated with the treats her dad made, and when the time came, they started this project together, making some of the best chocolates in town. 

The number one seller is the bonbon boxes, where each piece is hand-painted to absolute perfection. When you stay at Cocoa Cas,a you can venture down into the shop, but you will also be provided with your very own variety box of chocolates to share in the comfort of your own rental.
