Take A Fall Foliage Trail Ride On Horseback At Sunset Stables In Rhode Island

Experience the beauty of Rhode Island's fall foliage with a guided horseback ride through Lincoln Woods Park.

Who else thinks Rhode Island is at its most gorgeous in the fall? With perfect sweater weather, so much to do, and the changing leaves to watch, it's truly a magical time to be in the smallest state. Leaf peeping is such a fun tradition that brings out droves of tourists as well as locals to watch the trees change to sunset colors and drop their leaves. Sometimes though, a foliage drive just doesn't cut it! If you're looking for a more unique way to observe the natural beauty of Rhode Island in the fall, this horseback ride is a great choice.

Sunset Stables is located in gorgeous Lincoln Rhode Island.

Open all year, seven days a week, 9 a.m-5 p.m, there is never a bad time to take a ride.

But we are partial to the guided rides offered in the fall for the added bonus of gorgeous foliage and hearing the satisfying sound of hooves crunching on fresh leaves.

Trail rides go through Lincoln Woods Park and last approximately an hour.

You will be with an experienced guide, and since children under eight are not allowed, it will likely be a more quiet and peaceful excursion.

There are horses of all sizes available for all levels of rider so you can be sure to feel safe and secure riding.

And the sights to be seen along the way are so soothing and beautiful!

Just imagine mounting a beautiful horse and setting out with friends and family to explore the trails of this exquisite park, all while being kissed by the brisk fall air!

This seems like such an awesome option for the more adventurous leaf peeper. Are you excited to hop on a horseback trail ride? Check out Sunset Stables website and Facebook page for more information about booking your own trail ride.
