Our favorite farm vineyard sits right on the Sakonnet River, and it's a delightful place to spend an afternoon. Recently, they've expanded their outdoor seating to make it as safe as possible for everyone to visit -- and the place has never looked better.
Greenvale Vineyards is located in the most picturesque setting.
The property sits nestled along the Sakonnet River, and it's pretty magical.
This is a sixth generation family farm that was established in 1863.
The fruit started to grow in 1983, and the winemaking followed soon after.
Even if you don't drink wine, this is a fantastic place to come for the scenery alone.
But if you do enjoy vino, you'll love it here. The family sets out to produce outstanding wines, and they succeed.
The property has certainly been much quieter this year, but the tastings have begun once again.
Outdoor seating was always available, but the family has expanded the space.
On weekends and special occasions, you'll often see tasty food trucks here.
Enjoying food and wine on this picturesque property is as good as it gets.

Greenvale Vineyards is well-known for their award-winning wine, and they serve a variety of both red and white. They even sell a fortified vermouth using brandy derived from Pinot Gris grapes.
Greenvale Vineyards is open daily, although hours vary by season.
And since it's impossible to visit this place too many times, we can all appreciate how hard the team has worked to make it a safe experience.
