Fair warning: You've got a two-hour drive ahead of you to the Bicentennial Tower in Erie. If you love jaw-dropping views, however, you'll find the drive is more than worth it.

Slip on a pair of comfy shoes when you arrive at the Bicentennial Tower because you've got a bit of a climb ahead of you - 210 stairs to the top, to be exact.

Built to celebrate the bicentennial of Erie, the scenic tower first opened in 1996. Since then, it's become a popular spot for locals and tourists.

Tickets for the Bicentennial Tower, as of October 2019, cost $5 for adults. Kids 7-12 are $2 while those six and younger are free.
