As we tearfully find ourselves nearing the end of summer, New Yorkers may begin to crave all the things that come along with the fall season. If you and your family have been itching to enjoy some of your favorite seasonal activities and can't wait any longer, then take a look at how this amazing corn maze is already up and running for the year!
Tucked away along the shores of Lake Champlain, Fort Ticonderoga is one of the most fascinating and scenic pieces of history that you'll ever explore here in New York State.
Throughout the year, people from all over New York come to visit the most historic landscape in the entire country.
Offering more than just a tour of the historic Fort Ticonderoga, people will have the chance to go hiking up Mount Defiance, take a boat tour out on the lake, and to even explore the breathtaking King's Garden.
Making up more than 21,000-acres, you'll find that there is so much to see and do while you're in this one historic area.
Beginning in early August, people are invited to come to Fort Ticonderoga to make their way through the Heroic Corn Maze.
Creating a brand new maze each year, the entire family can head up north to attempt to concur this massive corn maze that you don't have to wait for fall to experience.
Inside the maze, you'll find a total of eight stations that you'll visit to solve puzzles and collect stamps from. Plus, there's even a Kiddie Maze with strictly twists and turns for the younger guests!
Mark your calendars though, because on October 25th and 26th this year you can visit to experience the Maze by Moonlight event where visitors of Fort Ticonderoga will get to come and explore the maze by flashlight in the dark.

August 10th - 25th: Open Daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
August 31st - October 20th: Open weekends, including Labor Day and Columbus Day, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
*Last entry for each day is 4:30 p.m.
