Spring in New York means you can enjoy a whole variety of floral festivities and exciting events, but now that summer is right around the corner, it's time to enjoy some of our state's most fun and whimsical festivals. Taking you only a half-hour east of Binghamton, coming this month to the Empire State is one an annual festival that's more whimsical than any other you've ever experienced. If you're unfamiliar with all the magic that comes along with attending the New York Faerie Festival, let us show you!
Taking you into the magical forests of Ouaquaga, the New York Faerie Festival is coming on June 28th, 29th, and 30th.
Craft and food vendors from all around the area come and partake in the festival that's unlike any other.
Faeries, elves, and magical creatures of all kinds gather at this festival once a year, each summer.
At the festival, you'll get to experience all sorts of enchanting things like walks through the Wattlestone Garden and Labyrinth.
While all throughout the weekend you'll be able to enjoy live music from local performers and favorite returning artists from previous years.
The festival's other activities also include celebrations like the jousting tournament, parades, jugglers, magicians, storytellers, puppeteers, and so much more.
If you don't happen to stumble upon the Faerie Queen while you're making your way through the festival, you'll want to be sure to meet her on her throne before you leave!
If you're free the weekend of June 28th and are wondering how you can stay busy between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. — be sure to stop by the annual New York Faerie Festival for an extraordinary time!
