The World’s Largest Convenience Store, Buc-ee’s Is Coming To Mississippi

Just when we thought Mississippi couldn’t get any better, Buc-ee’s announces plans to open its first-ever Mississippi location! A staple in Texas, Buc-ee’s holds the title of the world’s largest convenience store, proving that bigger IS better.

Since opening its first location in Texas in 1982, Buc-ee’s has garnered a reputation for its clean bathrooms, quality food, and sheer size!

Oh, and don’t forget about its adorable beaver mascot.

Living up to the old adage, “everything is bigger in Texas,” Buc-ee’s holds world records for the longest car wash and largest convenience store.

In 2019, the Texas-based chain opened its first location outside of The Lone Star State.

Since then, Buc-ee’s have popped up in several states throughout the southeast – and now, it’s Mississippi’s turn!

The first-ever Mississippi locale will be situated just off the Menge Avenue exit on I-10.

At 80,000 square feet, it will be bigger than the Buc-ee’s in New Braunfels, TX, which currently holds the record for the world’s largest convenience store.

A shopping destination not to be missed, Buc-ee’s carries much more than gas and snacks.

Its shelves are stocked with a little bit of everything.

Although, the snack selection is nothing to scoff at. Buc-ee’s is widely known for its line of treats, including beef jerky, candy, and more.

Its most popular items, though, are Buc-ee’s fudge and BBQ – both of which are made in-house.
