Martin and Sue King Railroad Museum opened in Cleveland in 2009.
The main goal of the museum is to commemorate Cleveland's, as well as the Delta’s, rich railroad history.
The museum’s second goal is fun. And with intricate displays, a life-size caboose, and lots of railroad-related memorabilia and artifacts, we’d say it’s succeeding.
Extremely detailed, this train displays are sure to impress visitors of all ages.
The fact that the model trains actually run only adds to the magic.
Even more impressive, the museum houses one of the largest O-gauge model railroads in the Southeast.
But, remember, the museum houses more than model trains.
While there, you can view thousands of artifacts, photographs, and documents.
The railroad-themed fun isn’t contained to the museum’s interior, though.
Outside, you’ll find a 1941 Illinois Central caboose to explore.
