Ogle Historic Mansions Decked To The Nines On This Holiday Home Tour In Mississippi

It’s official; the halls have been decked in Natchez! More specifically, the halls of several historic mansions in Natchez have been decked to the nines, and you can see them for yourself during the city’s holiday house tour.

Hosted by the Natchez Garden Club, the Christmas Tour of Historic Homes in Natchez is your chance to peek inside some of the city’s most iconic mansions.

Though impressive throughout the year, the historic mansions of Natchez are particularly stunning during the holidays.

Several mansions really go above and beyond when it comes to decking the halls.

And the Christmas Tour of Historic Homes will get you inside some of the city’s most festive spots, including The Towers.

During the holiday season, The Towers, a sprawling Italianate mansion, is filled with bejeweled holiday displays. It’s actually been named one of the 10 most unusual Christmas displays in the U.S. by USA Today.

The tour also includes access to Magnolia Hall, Sunnyside B&B, Myrtle Terrace, and The Thomas Staniforth House.

Sure to delight the young and old alike, each home on the tour boasts magnificent and unique decorations throughout.

The Christmas fun in Natchez doesn’t end with the holiday house tour, though. Christmas in Natchez is month-long celebration that includes a Christmas tree lighting ceremony, caroling, theatrical performances, and more.

The town’s merriment hasn’t gone unnoticed, either. Not only has it been named one of the best Christmas towns in the U.S., but the Hallmark Christmas movie Every Time a Bell Rings was filmed in Natchez.
