Across Minnesota, hotels, cemeteries, restaurants, and even concert venues are alleged to be haunted. These places are surrounded in mystery, with stories of ghosts and other paranormal activity making them hotspots for anyone interested in all things spooky. But you don't have to go to a real-life haunting for a scary thrill. Instead, check out Minnesota's Haunted Basement. This place has been consistently ranked among Minnesota's scariest haunted houses. It's so scary, in fact, that guests have to sign a waiver before they set foot inside! If you're up for a terrifying thrill, check out Haunted Basement this Halloween season. Here's what you need to know:
The Haunted Basement is a terrifying Twin Cities attraction originally held every year at the Soap Factory. The basement is now held at the Rosedale Center. Address: 1595 MN-36 Roseville, MN 55113.
The attraction is known for being terrifying. Guests must be at least 18 years old and are required to sign a waiver before entering. Be sure to bring your ID when you visit.
Also be sure to wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Be prepared to need to do laundry when you get home!
So why is this event so scary? It's filled with costumed actors who will do just about anything to give you a fright. You'll come across gory costumes, unsettling scenes, and more.
Haunted Basement gets much of its scariness from the fact that the actors are allowed to touch guests. It's not uncommon to be led by a performer to another area, or to be touched or grabbed.
It's also possible that you'll be separated from your group! If you don't think you can handle wandering a darkened basement crawling with creeps by yourself, it might be best to sit this one out.
If you're not too scared, advance tickets for Haunted Basement are $25 for Thursday and Sunday nights, and $27 for Friday and Saturday nights. All door tickets are $30.
If you're looking for a terrifying time, Haunted Basement might just be the intense experience you're looking for this Halloween!
