Mount Holyoke College is a private college that sits on 700 acres in South Hadley, Massachusetts. Established in 1837 there are plenty of historic buildings across the campus.
This institute for higher learning is a liberal arts college for women and is also gender diverse.
The large gates surrounding the campus may be your first clue that this is no ordinary school. For beyond these gates lies the magical world of Mount Holyoke College.
One building, in particular, Mary Lyon Hall, is a rather striking structure. Could this be Hogwarts you're actually seeing?
It's almost as though J.K. Rowling visited the Mount Holyoke campus before writing Harry Potter. The ivy-covered and red brick architecture is inspiring to say the least.
The Williston Library itself is a magical architectural wonder filled with thousands of books. You would half expect to stumble into Hermione Granger inside.
And then there's the Talcott Greenhouse which is a magical place to visit on campus as well. But could this be one of the Hogwarts greenhouses?
