There’s so much to do in New Orleans all of the time, it can be really hard to keep track. But since summer is upon us, we at Only in New Orleans found something that is truly unique. We wanted you guys to know about this exciting activity that is unlike any other in the city. That’s right—flyboarding.

Flyboarding is a unique water activity that allows you to experience flying through the air using the water pressure of a jetski.

A sixty foot hose attaches to the flyboard, allowing you to move around by using your feet to control the direction of the board.

It’s easy to try—you just have to be 10 years or older and weigh more than 80lbs.

You don’t even have to know how to swim to participate—although it definitely helps. They say it only takes a few minutes to get up into the sky!

The motto of NOLA Flyboard is actually “Everyone FLIES. No one FAILS.”

NOLA Flyboard is the first company in Louisiana to offer this activity and has been operating for 3 years.

The cost is $80 for a session, $120 for a double session.

You can also receive discounts for group sessions.

NOLA Flyboard also offers jet ski rentals and party barge rentals right on Lakeshore drive.
