Dimitridon Studios Rock Shop recently opened in Alexandria, Kentucky, and if you’re a rock and gem collector, this Bluegrass biz is everything you could ever dream of... and more!

Whether you believe in the healing power of rocks and gems or not, there's something grounding and calming about a big, smooth rock hand-carved and polished by Mother Nature herself.

Dimitridon Studios is owned and operated by the Agdanowski family, who were inspired to open a gem shop after their boys Dimitri and Jonas developed an interest in geology. The family opened up their first shop in South Haven, Michigan; and with family connections in Northern Kentucky, they opened up the new store in Alexandra last year.

In addition to an impressive inventory stones and minerals, the store also stocks an extensive library of reference books and other geology-related titles.
