This monthly event is always a blast, and its the perfect place for bargain hunters or those who just like to browse.

The Mid-America Flea Market takes place once a month, all year long, in the Meadowlark Building at the Kansas State Fairgrounds. This is the state's longest-running indoor flea market, and it's no surprise that it draws a huge crowd. The climate-controlled setting is a big plus: it's nice to not have to worry about cold, rain, or heat!

More than 1,000 shoppers from all over the state come to check out the goods here. There's plenty to go around, as each market hosts about 200 vendors selling everything from old-fashioned candy to clothing and DVDs.

Whether you're looking for something specific or just love to browse through the wares, there's a lot to check out here, and it's easy to spend the entire day looking for treasures amongst the dealers' tables. Jewelry, collectibles, vintage items, and so much more are available.
