With Dramatic Vistas And Gigantic Rock Formations, The Little-Known Brother And Sisters Loop In Colorado Is Unexpectedly Magical

Brother and Sisters Loop in Colorado offers an easy yet rewarding hiking experience with stunning natural features and wildlife sightings.

No matter the season, there is never a wrong time for a hike, which makes Colorado perfect for any and all outdoors(wo)men! However, if you are looking for a trail that is deemed easy yet has all of the bells and whistles (so to speak) of the more challenging hikes, you will want to visit Colorado's little-known Brother and Sisters Loop:

Located inside the Alderfer/Three Sisters Park near Evergreen, the Brother and Sisters Loop is an easy 3.1-mile loop trail that features tons of magical surprises.

While a mere hour-and-a-half-long hike may not sound like it would include a big payout, Brother and Sisters does, beginning with gigantic walls of rock and stone, a pristine forest landscape, and birds-eye views as far as the eye can see.

If you love seeing Colorado wildlife in its native habitat, get ready for another magical surprise, as the Loop is also an excellent destination for birdwatching and other wildlife sightings.

Depending on the time of year, you may even be treated to the vibrant changing of the trees or colorful wildflowers!

The Brother and Sisters Loop is open year-round but is best to use between May and October.

Admission and parking at the Alderfer/Three Sisters Park are free.
