Located in the southwest town of Ridgway, Orvis Hot Springs is billed for having "soothing mineral water heated by nature." Dating back to the Tabeguache band of the Utes, the Orvis Hot Springs has long been a place of healing and rejuvenation, beginning with the famed Ute Chief Ouray (1833-1880) encouraging tribe members to soak for its calming effects and curative powers.

Today, the hot springs are still a place for healing and rejuvenation, with locals and tourists alike visiting for such health benefits as reduced stress, anxiety, arthritic and muscle pain, and eczema.

Boasting all-natural lithium water, the Orvis Hot Springs are all-natural and never treated, and feature soothing temperatures between 65 and 112 degrees.
