1. Sullivan's, Wilmington
Sullivan's is a classy steakhouse located off of 202 in Wilmington. Their food and service is first class, but the bar and lively atmosphere make this a unique experience for a steakhouse dinner. They're consistently ranked as one of the best steakhouses in Delaware, and it's obvious why, once you walk in and smell the place. OMG. You'll love the specials they run, like the famous "Sure Thing," where you can get a starter (soup or salad), one of their famous steaks, and a decadent dessert for just $44.
What to Order: The Sure Thing. Start with a Wedge or Ceasar Salad, and then choose the Filet Bordelaise with garlic horseradish mashed potatoes for your entree. Top it off with Black Velvet Cake for a delicious meal.

2. 1776, Rehoboth Beach
1776 is a classic steakhouse located in Rehoboth Beach. It's one of the finest restaurants on the coast, and you'll be happy with nearly everything you order. Their oysters and seafood are fresh and the cuts they select are tender and well-seasoned. The atmosphere is great, too - there's nothing better than a great steak while you're on vacation.
What to Order: Start with the Scallop Chips - they're unique and a great, light way to start the meal. For your steak, you can't miss The Barrel. It's a cut that 1776 is famous for, 10oz of juicy, flavorful steak served with potatoes and fresh vegetables. Oh, and I'm such a dessert person that I can never skip their creme brulee.

Harry's Savoy is known for being a reliable place to get a great steak. This traditional dark-wood-floor steakhouse is exactly where you want to go when you're looking to indulge in a great cut of beef. Sunday-Thursday they offer a prix fixe menu, where you get a starter, a steak and a dessert for $35.
Wha to Order: You've got to start with a selection of oysters on the half from their raw bar - I love the Potters Moon and Salt Aire variations. Order yourself one of Harry's famous Prime Rib Au Jus for your meal - my mouth is watering just thinking about it! They've truly perfected the prime rib. Harry's has a rotation of delicious desserts available, so ask to see a menu when you get there. 2020 Naamans Rd

RedFire Grill is a modern steakhouse in Hockessin specializing in serving dry-aged steak with some amazing flavors. They've got a full menu of starters that are to die for, and their dessert selection is top knotch as well. Occasionally, you'll be able to catch the Tomahawk Chop on the menu as a special - don't pass that up!
What to Order: I'm traditional, so I usually start with a Ceasar salad. If you're looking for a more substantial starter, their seared scallops are heavenly, and the cheesesteak spring rolls are some of the best I've ever had. For your entree, get the Tomahawk Chop if they have it - if they don't, you can never go wrong with their NY Strip Steak. It is SO flavorful! Their unique S'mores Bread Pudding is a great way to wrap up your meal. 400 Lantana Dr
