I’m a firm believer in brunch, especially on a lazy weekend day. To me, there’s nothing better than a good brunch spread – freshly made waffles and omelets, pastries, bacon, scrapple, chicken, and of course mimosas and bloody marys! Luckily, Delaware feels the same way that I do about brunch, and it’s no surprise that there is an incredible selection of brunch in Delaware. These places really go over the top with their brunch offerings and service. Check them all out, and plan your next weekend indulgence in your home state.

Feel fancy eating brunch in Delaware at the Green Room in the Hotel DuPont, where the architechture and decor of the place will make you feel like you've stepped back into the past. 4. Columbus Inn, Wilmington
You'll have to wait until fall to enjoy Brunch at the Columbus Inn, when they re-open for their brunch season. However, this made the list because it's so worth the wait! Live carving stations for prime rib and roast turkey, panini, unbelievably crepes and of course omelettes make this a must-have for brunch in Delaware. 6. Chelsea Tavern, Wilmington
Chelsea Tavern has one of the most expansive Bloody Mary bars in Delaware - need we say more? Make your drink as mild or as spicy as you want it, and add in every possible mix-in you could think of. Or, you can keep it traditional - there's no judgement here. Their brunch spread is modern with a pub twist, and everything they serve is absolutely delicious.

7. La Fia, Wilmington
Step into this quaint bistro on Market St and step into a European cafe - you'll feel like you're on vacation! And.. what's better than brunch on vacation? Well, brunch in Delaware, for one. 8. Victoria's, Boardwalk Plaza Hotel, Rehoboth Beach
Victoria's is a must for anyone looking for brunch in Rehoboth Beach. They offer a selection unlike any other I've seen - the $5 brunch bites that include oysters on the half, pancakes, eggs en croute, eggs benedict and more are the highlight of a trip to Victoria's. They also have an a la carte menu separated into teirs - at the $10 level, you can enjoy Maple Banana Walnut French toast and 8 other choices. If you spring for the $15 menu, Crap Scrapple Benedict is what I really recommend. Each tiered menu has plenty of selection to fit your tastes. Oh, and mimosas, bloody marys or screwdrivers are just $3. Can't beat that! Brunch in Delaware just got taken to another level at Victoria's.

9. Bethany Blues, Bethany Beach
Another top Bloody Mary bar in Delaware can be found at Bethany Blues. Their brunch spread is incredible, too. The Cheese Station is unique to Bethany Blues, so load your plate up and try them all. They also offer homemade jams, a DIY omelete station, tons of toppings for fresh pancakes and waffles, and they change up traditional brunch meats by offering their famous ribs and pulled pork. Bethany Blues is my favorite brunch in Bethany Beach.

10. The Brick Hotel on the Circle, Georgetown
You'll find a great brunch in the heart of Georgetown, Delaware, in the Brick Hotel on the Circle. Their $12 brunch buffet is the best deal on brunch in Delaware, and that makes it a can't miss meal. Oh, hey, that includes a mimosa, too! French toast, scrambled eggs, and sauage and biscuits are constants on the menu, and the chef changes up salads, pastas and more.

You can tell that Fork and Flask is the place to go for brunch in Delaware just based on their name.
