One trip that we love any time of year is a quick trip around the state that will show you some of our best attractions. The trip is fairly brief as far as driving time is concerned, but you’ll get to see some of the best places in the state, no matter what time of year it is!

Honestly, Kent Falls State Park belongs on anyone's road trip in Connecticut! This beautiful spot is one of the best places for hiking in the Nutmeg State. Waterfalls, trails, even a covered bridge: this stunning park has it all.

Connecticut's capital gets a bad rap as a boring, business-centric place that doesn't have much to offer tourists. In reality, it's got many destinations worth a visit. The Elizabeth Park Conservancy is a stunning spot. Hartford is also home to the first food hall in Connecticut, making it a great option when you want to stop for lunch.
