The first time you eat at Organ Stop Pizza, the outside gives you a sense that you're not walking into a typical pizza joint. The building is colossal; big enough, in fact, to hold a theater.

And it does! The gargantuan dining hall is two stories, and every seat at every table has a prime view of the singular wall that holds the 15 ranks/sets of pipes. The ceiling height is 43 feet, creating an unparalleled acoustic sensation.
