It’s located on the edge of a wildlife refuge, so it’s quiet and peaceful. You’ll most likely see one of the many interesting and rare birds that populate this gorgeous area.
Although this is a dry cabin, it’s a more luxurious option than most.
Even though the bathroom is an outhouse outside, there is still running water in the kitchen sink. There’s also a small RV-type shower on the deck for you to use in the summer time.
There’s a large kitchen with electricity and plenty of amenities, including a stovetop, oven, and microwave.
Upstairs in the loft you’ll find a queen sized log frame bed, and a door to your very own private balcony. For extra sleeping arrangements, the living room has a futon with a pull out bed if you need the space.
This is a dry cabin, which means an outhouse outside.
This outhouse is not your traditional option. Instead you’ll find a gorgeous small sided with native spruce from nearby. It’s clean and tidy, and one of the better outhouses you’ll find in Alaska.
