When it comes to food, the only thing I love more than eating it is trying out a new meal for the first time. With Arizona’s growing foodie culture, what better place to try out multiple new foods in one day than at a festival? Today, we’ll take a look at some upcoming food festivals that will make your mouth water:
1. Arizona Bacon Fest, Tucson
What's better than bacon? A bacon festival, of course! This food event will introduce you to a variety of bacon-centered meals and you may even get to be crowned Bacon King.

2. Arizona Taco Festival, Scottsdale
This festival doesn't fall on a Tuesday but if you're craving something more than the dry tacos at some major fast food restaurants, you will definitely want to hit up this festival.

3. Camp Verde Cornfest, Camp Verde
There is quite honestly nothing better than the taste of fresh, sweet corn at the peak of its season. The annual Cornfest held in the Verde Valley will introduce you to some delicious corn to eat and take home.

4. Chandler Chuck Wagon Cook-Off, Chandler
Ever wanted to see an old fashioned chuck wagon meal cooked in front of you? Check out this free event where you can watch cooks prepare meals 1880s style, plus enjoy entertainment and plenty of family activities.

5. Flagstaff Chili Festival, Flagstaff
Who doesn't enjoy a big bowl of chili any day of the week? I think the only thing that makes it even better is eating plenty of different varieties in the pines! Here, $5 will get you access to 10 different vendors and the ability to cast a vote for the “People's Choice” award.

6. Kingman Wine & Food Festival, Kingman
Now in its fourth year, the Kingman Wine & Food Festival will help elevate your palate to appreciate the finer foods. Enjoy a day of food and beverages with your friends and some live music.

7. Made in the Shade Beer Tasting Festival, Flagstaff

Now in its 24th year, this annual beer festival not only introduces you to some tasty brews but it also helps to fund a good cause. It helps Sun Sounds of Arizona, which provides access to reading materials to people with disabilities that prevents them from taking advantage of current print media.

8. Paint the Town Peach, Queen Creek
Who knew Arizona had access to some scrumptious peaches? This annual peach festival held at Schnepf Farms features the fruit at its finest through fresh produce, pies, and demonstrations.

9. Prickly Pear Festival, Superior
Here's one completely unique to Arizona! The 5th Annual Prickly Pear Festival highlights the surprisingly delicious meals you can get out of the cactus and its fruit.

10. Scottsdale Spice Culinary Event, Scottsdale
Enjoy a good spicy kick in your meal? Then this event is just for you because local restaurants will compete by showcasing their favorite spicy meals that you can sample.

11. Show Low BBQ Throwdown, Show Low
If you're looking to try out some of the best BBQ Arizona has to offer, you won't want to miss out on this event! Master competitors will be competing for best BBQ in the state.

12. Verde Valley Wine Festival, Clarkdale
All of you wine enthusiasts won't want to miss out on a chance to drink up in one of Arizona's own renowned wine trails, right? This festival is four hours long but will still introduce you to some of Arizona's best wines, brews, and food.
