Wisconsin is known for a lot of great things, but it’s possible that none are better than our iconic supper clubs. These amazing spots are a relic of time gone by, but still have managed to move into the 21st century by serving absolutely delicious food combined with well-made cocktails and topped off with wonderful dessert drinks. Everyone has a favorite and there’s no way to list them all, but here, in no particular order, are 12 small-town supper clubs that you might not know about but that definitely deserve to be on your radar:
1. Frederick's Supper Club - Milton
Everything you could want from a classic Wisconsin supper club - steaks, prime rib and Old Fashioneds. It's supper club perfection. Located at 118 Merchant Row, Milton, WI 53563.
2. Clearview Supper Club - St. Germain
Clearview sits on Big St. Germain Lake and is owned by nearby Big Woods Resort. It's the perfect spot to relax after a long day of fishing and the giant steaks will refuel you to go back out tomorrow. Located at 8599 Big St Germain Dr, St Germain, WI 54558.
3. Blanck's Supper Club - Malone
This spot just steps from Lake Winnebago is one of two owned by this family since the 1950s. The patio here is both heated and air-conditioned, meaning you can make the summer last just a bit longer as you stare out at the lake. Located at W2655 Co Rd Q, Malone, WI 53049.
4. Van Abel's of Hollandtown - Kaukauna
Van Abel’s opened in 1848 as a saloon and rest stop for cattle-driving farmers en route to Green Bay. There are a few items on the menu reminiscent of those old days and Old Fashioneds come served in a mason jar, but everything at Van Abel's is updated and amazing.

5. Roepke's Village Inn - Chilton
Roepke's grew out of a bar that was built to draw in patrons after a nearby church service let out. Now it's a delicious place to get supper club favorites as well as some old-world German dishes you don't find a lot of other places. Located at W2686 St Charles Rd, Chilton, WI 53014.
6. Rocky's Supper Club - Stoddard
There are less than 800 people in Stoddard, but they've managed to keep Rocky's in business since 1959. The star here is the house-made chunky blue cheese dressing that you can request on your steak or seafood to make it basically perfect. Located at 101 S Main St, Stoddard, WI 54658.
7. Pinewood Supper Club - Mosinee
Giant picture windows here let you look out at Half Moon Lake and maybe you'll get a glimpse or two of the resident goats, who reduce landfill waste and fertilize the flower beds. The century-old fireplace helps keep the place cozy in winter. Located at 1208 Half Moon Lake Dr, Mosinee, WI 54455.
8. Out O' Town Club - Kaukauna
Aside from the supper club staples, these folks broast a mean chicken and serve a roasted duck you'll come back for again and again. Located at N2161 Town Club Rd, Kaukauna, WI 54130.
9. Sky Supper Club - Plover
Sky says they invented the salad bar back in the 1950s. They also have an Old Fashioned so good, their bartender bottles his mix and sells it all around the world. Located at 2202 Post Rd, Plover, WI 54467.
10. Arctic Springs Supper Club - Galesville
If you're having an event in Galesville, you're having it at Arctic Springs. A wonderful mix of old and new, this supper club is the perfect spot for a celebration. Located at N18078 County Road T, Galesville, WI 54630.
11. Jake's Supper Club - Menominie
The rare mix of supper club and tiki bar, Jake's is on Tainter Lake and is known for its prime rib, the outdoor tiki bar and live music on the weekends. It's a perfect mix of all things northern Wisconsin. Located at E5690 County Rd D, Menomonie, WI 54751.
12. Silvercryst Supper Club - Wautoma
You'll know you've arrived when you spot the big black cow. Located between two lakes, the first hotel was built here in 1894. Now a fully functioning resort with the best combination of modern amenities and old-school charm, the restaurant here draws people from miles away for their house-made salad dressings, one-pound pork chop and more.
