Winter brings about several changes, including the resurgence of igloo dining. Restaurants throughout the state utilize the heated abodes, allowing patrons to enjoy outdoor dining – regardless of the temperature. And if you’re looking for the perfect place to partake in this seasonal dining trend, look no further than Nineteen09. Take a look:
Nineteen09 is located in the tiny village of Cross Plains. Hard to miss, it’s housed in a stately historic building on Main Street.
A chic, multi-functional venue, Nineteen09 plays host to a variety of events – and that’s in addition to serving as a wine bar with an extensive beverage selection and menu of local charcuterie.
During the cold months of winter, three private globes occupy the patio at Nineteen09.
Transparent yet heated, the dome-shaped abodes offer the perks of outdoor dining along with the coziness of indoor dining.
Designed with comfort in mind, the globes aren’t just equipped with space heaters. They’re also outfitted with comfy furniture and enough seating for eight.
While in the globe, you and your party can enjoy a bevy of beverages, including wine, hot cocktails, and old fashioneds.
And although there’s a menu of delicious charcuterie boards and snacks, you’re welcome to bring your own “Pinterest-worthy charcuterie.”
The globes, which are $75 per two hours, must be reserved in advance.
What's more, reservations can be made through April 2021 on the Nineteen09 website (link below).
