Sure, we also love good ol' Johnsonville brats, but Vanguard makes their own scratch-made sausages. All brats and sausage choices come with your choice of onion, sauerkraut, Vanguard's hot kraut, relish, or peppers.
Their menu is huge and includes everything from classic brats, to cheddarwurst, to vegan sausages for our plant-based friends.

They also pair their sausages with selected beers so you can enjoy a perfect meal. One interesting part of their menu is the section, "Styled By City," in which they feature six sausages inspired by Milwaukee, Seattle, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Tijuana, and Philly. You can get a little taste of the world right in your backyard!
