Don’t Miss These 9 Great Pumpkin Patches In West Virginia This Fall

Check out Orr’s Fall Fun Days, scheduled for Sept. 27 at 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

They are open Sept. 18 through the first weekend in November, according to their Facebook page.

Located in Cool Ridge, this farm will start its fall season Sunday Sept. 20.

This farm, located in Red Sulphur (Monroe County) offers pumpkins, hay rides, a corn maze and Halloween supplies. For more information, email cinderellapumpkinfarm@yahoo.com.

Pick your own pumpkins at this farm in Sinks Grove. It’s open every day except Wednesday, according to its website.

This pumpkin patch will have a special event in October — Haunting Season. If you like to be spooked go there on Fridays and Saturday nights Oct. 16 and 17 and Oct. 23 and 24 from dark until about 11 p.m.

This Jefferson County nursery has a pumpkin and corn maze that will open Sept. 26.

Not so much a “patch” as it is a four-day celebration of fall that of course includes pumpkins. This year’s event is scheduled for Oct. 1 through 4 in Milton. It started as a way to help farmers sell their pumpkins but it has evolved into so much more. This year’s events will include live music, arts and crafts, special exhibits and demonstrations, a 5K run and a beauty pageant.

Located in Inwood, this place as a pumpkin patch as well as a corn maze, playground, slides and farm animals for viewing. General admission is $5 and kids 3 and under get in free.
