This castle was partially built, then abandoned when the owner was arrested on drug charges. It's now owned by the city of Wheeling. The castle has unfortunately been frequently vandalized, however, it provides a nice view of the city and has a historic cemetery below.

This hidden castle served as a monastery for many years, and is now a private residence. You won't be able to see inside, but it's still impressive from the outside, and the city of Morgantown is full of other great places to see.
