Most People Don’t Know This Famous West Virginia Glass Factory Has An Annual Warehouse Sale

West Virginians take great pride in the arts created here in the Mountain State and the Blenko Glass Company, located in Milton, is one of the longest-running artisan factories in the state. It opened in 1921 (a centennial is less than two years away!) and for the first two years, it had only one glass maker: Willam H. Blenko, the founder of the company.

Today, the company has grown to several buildings and well beyond a single employee. The Travel Channel recently deemed a factory tour at Blenko as one of the Top 10 US Factory Tours.

Whether taking a tour or checking out the historical glass on display at the Visitor's Center, there's one annual event you don't want to pass up:

The Warehouse Sale.

Once a year, Blenko opens their warehouse to the public and offers amazing deals on first-quality items and inventory overruns.

You'll find aisles upon aisles of colorful, hand-blown Blenko glass creations available in this once-a-year sell-off.

Special designs and colors are available in limited quantities, so you'll want to get there early!

The 2019 sale starts next weekend and runs for four glorious days! Get it on the calendar and don't miss out!

The annual Blenko warehouse sale takes place Saturday March 16, 2019 through Tuesday March 19, 2019. The hours are Saturday, March 16: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Sunday, March 17: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Monday, March 18: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., and Tuesday, March 19: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
