While the East Coast is full of authentic Jewish delis, they aren’t quite as abundant here in Washington. When Josh Grunig moved to Seattle in 2012 to work as the night manager for Grand Central Bakery, he eventually decided to change that. These days, Grunig is the owner and baker of Zylberschtein’s Delicatessen & Bakery, a place that manages to be a hidden gem even in Washington’s largest city along with home to some of the best bagels you’ll ever have.
