1. Vivace, Seattle
Among the many options in Emerald City, this is by far one of the best roasters. You may be impressed by the detailed latte art at first, but the flavor of their gourmet Italian-style espresso and pastries will have you coming back for more. If you're in need of a cup, their flagship cafe and sidewalk stand can be found in Capitol Hill, as well as a location in South Lake Union.
2. Caffe Mela, Wenatchee
Caffe Mela provides an exceptional Seattle-level coffee experience located ideally in downtown Wenatchee! And since they roast their own coffee on site, you know it's always going to taste fresh. They also have live music and exciting events going on to enjoy with your cappuccino!
3. Poulsbohemian Coffeehouse, Poulsbo

Between the modern, inviting atmosphere and satisfying coffee concoctions, Anthem is most definitely one of the best coffeehouses in the Pierce County area. They have two locations where you can pick up a quality breakfast and they also serve beer and wine all day to cover all of our favorite beverage needs!

Need a caffeine fix in the tri-cities? Not only is the artisan coffee here roasted on site, but their smooth espresso makes for a perfect start in the mornings! Pair it with one of their fresh goodies from the local bakery and you'll be all set.
7. Urraco Coffee Company, Shelton
You can find some of the best java in our state's smaller towns, and this cozy cafe in Shelton proves just that. Located on the corner of 7th & Cota, they make incredible gourmet coffee that's both 100% fair trade and organic. Stay for a while in their comfy atmosphere inside or you can head out on the beautiful patio if the weather's nice!
8. Olympia Coffee Roasting Co.
Between their three locations around our state's capital, quality coffee is never too far away. Their housemade vanilla syrup makes for some amazing lattes and the French-inspired pastries are some of the best you'll ever try.
9. ETG Coffee, Fremont Seattle
If you're looking for a true small cafe experience in the quirky Fremont neighborhood, make a stop in this tiny shop just around the corner from the Lenin Statue. They feature a vintage cash register machine, delicious pastry options and simple, yet charming decor with only one small table to sit at - so you may want to just grab your cup and go. Pro-tip: Ask for a homemade marshmallow in your drink and you'll be in coffee heaven!

A coffee house out in the middle of the woods?? It's true - this quaint cafe on Whidbey Island is a wonderful place to swing by for a cup of gourmet coffee and bite to eat!
