Located in the Shenandoah Valley foothills, Staunton’s own Kathy’s Restaurant first opened its doors in 1986. Serving up great food and service all in the atmosphere of a classic diner has made Kathy’s a popular place. While growing up in the Shenandoah Valley, Kathy enjoyed simple homemade meals made with fresh ingredients and eating with family around the dinner table. These ideas are at the heart of her restaurant and what makes it such a special, nostalgic place.

Breakfast is served all day at Kathy's! Try one of the many omelettes or a gourmet bacon pancake with bacon cooked right in it (yum!) Roll-ups (thin pancakes rolled with fruit filling inside) are on the menu and there are many options for those as well. Portions are huge, so bring your appetite!
Grilled hamburgers, B.L.T.s, tuna melts, Reubens, and club sandwiches are just a few of the classic lunch and dinner menu items served at Kathy's, and all of it is delicious!
