Utah has some truly incredible restaurants, from this fancy establishment that looks like it’s straight out of a fairy tale to this iconic neighborhood gem that has a long-standing history of serving one of the state’s most popular desserts.
There’s also another wonderful restaurant located right here in Salt Lake City that belongs on any foodie’s bucket list. It’s located in a historic building, and its chefs bring creative food ideas and delicious, fresh produce to the table. Check out Table X:

The restaurant is located in a 1929 warehouse that once served as a place to store eggs and produce from local farms. The original barrel roof remains, but the rest of the space has been transformed into a beautiful, modern dining room.
Chef Blocher creates incredible bread that's so good that Caputo's and Vessel Kitchen both order it for their own guests. Chef Barboza had a hand in creating the restaurant's garden, and Chef Fahs brings a wonderful heritage of Italian, French, and Creole influences to his culinary creations.

The French potager garden onsite provides fresh produce for many of the meals at Table X, and food is preserved in the fall to dress up recipes all winter long. The raised beds produce tomatoes, peppers, squash, melons, and more.
Everything on the always-evolving menu is fresh and creative, from the crisp, seasonal salads to the entrees featuring locally-sourced lamb, pork, beef, and fish.
It's all served in beautiful, hand-thrown pottery created by a local ceramic artist. It's not just the food that makes this place amazing - everything about the atmosphere, presentation, and service combine to create a special dining experience.
