It's not easy to cultivate grapes in the semi-arid environment of the Texas Hill Country, but Lost Draw has accomplished that feat and then some. Representing three separate winemakers, variety is the name of the game here. Three different tasting menus feature six wines each, so you're almost guaranteed to come across at least one you've never sampled before. Nestled on 100 acres of beautiful Central Texas land, this winery has been awarded over 200 medals in the last two years alone. The tasting room is reminiscent of a romantic Tuscan villa, and the rustic on-site eatery serves up rich yet refined options that pair perfectly with the wine. Established in 1995, Texas Hills has never used any grapes that haven't been grown in our state. You can also tour the grounds and take in views of rolling hills reminiscent of the Tuscan countryside, making this vineyard a truly perfect way to round out the trip.
