The drive is as beautiful as the destination.

It’s all about the wine.
If you like sweet red wine, this Concord is full of flavor. Another seasonally offered sweet red wine is the Blackberry. Drinking it is like drinking blackberry cobbler.

The magic in the bottle all starts with the grapes.

If you're hungry, enjoy an authentic German lunch to balance out all of the amazing wine.
The sausage and sauerkraut with hot mustard is highly recommended. And dinner at Stone Hill Winery is always a great choice. But if you love pairing food and wine, then you might consider visiting during one of the Hermann Wine Trail events. They are held several times a year and offer a tasting at seven local wineries. Each winery prepares a food dish to pair with their wine. The menu and more information can be found here.
The winery has several award winning wines.
They don’t just create great wine; they make award-winning wine that's earned more than 4,000 awards since 1988. The Held family started restoring the winery in 1965. It's now a second-generation business. They now produce an approximate 300,000 gallons of wine each year. That's a lot of wine.
