This old-fashioned drive-in near Pittsburgh promises the perfect summer experience - from tossing a Frisbee before the double feature starts at sunset to making a pit stop at the snack bar during intermission.

Riverside Drive-In in Vandergrift, about a 50-minute drive from downtown Pittsburgh, offers moviegoers a retro experience that just can't be replicated at today's movie theaters.

The ticket booth opens nightly at 7:30 p.m. And, you'll probably want to arrive near opening time - to grab a good parking spot and...

To enjoy some lighthearted play - Frisbee, tossing a football, or kicking the soccer ball around - as you wait for the sun to go down.

Of course, a night at the drive-in wouldn't be complete without a visit (or two, or three) to the snack bar.

Stock up on all of your favorite movie snacks - pizza, foot long hot dogs, burgers, and chicken sandwiches. And, save plenty of room for fresh popcorn, funnel cakes, and even a pickle.

So, who's ready for a double feature? Adults (12 and older) pay $8, and children between six and 11 cost $4. Kids five and younger are free.
