Welcome to Lester Rail Trail! A must-visit for all railroad enthusiasts, this former railroad corridor has been thoughtfully transformed into a multi-use trail and park.

The trail measures just over 3 miles, and the park itself is 164 acres. It's a beautiful place for a peaceful stroll in nature, and one that's infused with railroad history.

Feel free to bring your pup too; it's a dog-friendly trail!

Of course, the most exciting attraction of all might be the miniature railroad!

That's right; you can sit atop a model train, taking a leisurely 10-minute train ride through the scenic Medina County countryside.

The partnership between Northeast Ohio Live Steamers (NEOLS) and Medina County Park District brings these oh-so-popular miniature train rides to the park. They happen approximately once a month between June and October.

The annual Halloween rides are especially popular among the little ones. And, of course, costumes are encouraged!
