You’ll Never Forget A Trip To The Most Enchanting Town In All Of North Dakota
North Dakota has quite the handful of enchanting places. It even has an Enchanted Highway next to a town with an Enchanted Castle you can stay in. Choosing the most enchanting place wasn't easy, but it's hard to find a more delightful town than this one. It has all the charm a small town should and more, plus there is so many things to see and do there. Taking a trip here is worth the memories you'll get to keep:
Bottineau, North Dakota is a small town in the north central region of the state. It is known as the "Four Seasons Playground."
This charming town has a population just over 2,200 and a thriving community. It is picture perfect with its storefronts, small town quirks, and beautiful natural settings.
Bottineau has quite a few unique and fun places to visit, including their historic theater, the Botno.
Other buildings there have quite the backstory to them. This one, for example, was built in 1895 out of stones in the local fields.
Bottineau is especially known for its creamery. This creamery supplies a special something to restaurants and grocery stores across all of North Dakota.
That something is Pride Dairies' absolutely amazing ice cream. This is easily the best ice cream in North Dakota and just one taste will get you hooked.
Beyond the town itself is the jaw dropping natural setting it is in. It isn't called the Four Seasons Playground for nothing. All year round this gorgeous area has things to do. Lake Metigoshe, shown below, is popular for fishing, camping, in the summer and the beautiful fall foliage to see later in the year.
Bottineau Winter Park is one of the only ski areas in the state and people love to visit. It doesn't matter what time of year you come by, Bottineau is sure to enchant you.
