2. Gold Strike Hot Spring, Boulder City
Gold Strike Hot Spring is located near Arizona Hot Spring along the Colorado River and is about 45 minutes from Las Vegas. Be aware that due to the hot temperature of the water, the Gold Strike Hot Spring is not open during the warmer months of the year.

Located near the haunted town of Goldfield, Alkali Hot Spring consists of two smallish cement-lined pools that are fed by a series of small hot springs ranging in temperature from 105 to 112 degrees. The temperature of these natural hot springs in Nevada can be adjusted by moving a PVC pipe that channels the source water. Clothing is optional here as these pools are seldom crowded.
